The Peng Kueh (or Glutinous Rice Dumpling) is filled with savoury glutinous rice, and wrapped with skin made of rice flour. The ever recognizable pink hue and soft skin is replicated in our cushion version of this dumpling. It might not be edible but it's definitely great for hugging!
