How to join the Klosh Club?

Online: Click here to create account.

In-store: No minimum spending to join our membership in our physical store. Just approach our friendly staff to sign up.

How does Klosh club work?

You will be able to collect Sparks (points) when you purchase either online or in-store.

How do I earn Sparks?

For every SGD$1 spent, you will earn 1 Sparks.

Accumulate 100 Sparks to get a cash discount of SGD$5

On your Birthday you will be rewarded with 20 sparks.

How do I redeem my Sparks?

Online:

Click on the check rewards tab (bottom left). Click redeem to generate a voucher code.

Do note that when you redeem the reward online, you are unable to use the code at the physical stores. Only one discount code per purchase.

In-store:

Simply tell the cashier during payment that you would like to redeem your Sparks.

How do I check my Sparks balance?

You may ask the cashier in store to help you to check.

Will my membership or Sparks expire?

Your membership or Sparks will expire 365 days after you earn the points.

Are my Sparks transferrable?

No, your Sparks are not transferrable to another account. Sparks are also not allowed to be exchanged directly for cash.

What will happen to my Sparks when I make a refund?

The amount of Sparks you refunded will be automatically deducted from your account.

If you used your Sparks to redeem a cash discount, do take note that the Sparks WILL NOT be credited back into your account.

How Do I Join KLOSH Rewards Program?
Create a KLOSH customer account and you will automatically become part of our program. Or you can join by using our loyalty program widget 'Check Rewards' on the right of your screen.
Online customer: Click here to create account.
In-store customer: There is no minimum spend required to join our reward program in physical stores. Simply approach our friendly staff to sign up.

How do I earn Sparks?
Earn 1 Spark for every $1 you spend [online or in-store]*. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are also plenty of other ways to earn loyalty points under the Earn tab of your loyalty profile, including following us on Instagram and referring friends. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.

*Customers become VIP when they've earned a total of 300 Sparks. VIP customers earn 3 Sparks for every $2 spent. Sparks are not awarded for amounts spent on tax, shipping, or discounts.

How do I check my loyalty points balance and redeem rewards?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking 'Check Rewards' on our website. Each time you shop online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards.

How do I use my rewards?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward coupon. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'. Note, you can only use one coupon code per order. [Or if you would like to use your reward in-store, just let one of our staff know at the counter].

Terms and Conditions

KLOSH reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.

Coupons can only be redeemed once.

If you redeem your coupon online for a purchase less than the full value of the coupon, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.

If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.

Points expiry is set on a rolling basis. If the customer hasn't earned or spent Sparks within 365 days their loyalty points balance will automatically reset to zero.
